Dejen Deposit Bonus
Eligibility
- Deposit bonuses are limited to one per person. Accounts identified as the same person, at Dejen's discretion, will not be eligible for the bonus.
- Accounts identified with the same household, device, IP, or payment account are not eligible for multiple bonuses.
- Only the first deposit is eligible for the Welcome Bonus. For other deposit bonuses, this does not apply.
Activation & Expiration
- After making a deposit and agreeing to the bonus terms, the bonus balance will automatically be awarded to the user's account.
- If a deposit exceeds the maximum amount to award a bonus, the match amount will be capped.
- For example: the welcome bonus maximum deposit is $100 for a 50% match. If the user deposits $200, the match amount will be based on $100 * 50%. The user will receive a total of $200 + $50 = $250.
- Bonus amounts do not expire. They can be used at any time.
Rollover Requirement
- Claiming a deposit bonus in a selected currency puts that currency into a 'rollover' state. This means that certain rollover requirements are applicable before that currency can be withdrawn.
- The standard rollover requirement requires the user to have qualified wagers in the amount of 15 * their combined deposit and bonus amount. The multiplier of 15 may be different if stated otherwise.
- For example: a $100 deposit with a 50% match results in $50 extra bonus balance. With a 15x rollover requirement, the balance must have $150 * 15 = $2,250 in qualified wagers before it can be withdrawn.
Wager Requirement Rules
- Not all games are eligible for play while completing the wager requirement. The game's minimum house edge must be 3% in order for it to count towards the progress of the wager requirement. An example of games not allowed would be, Hacksaw Originals and BGaming originals like Plinko, Blackjack, Keno, Limbo and so forth. As long as the RTP is 97% or lower, the wager will count towards the progress of the Wager Requirement.
- The maximum bet with a rollover balance is $10 or the equivalent in another currency.
- Reaching 100 % wager requirement progress will complete the wager requirement and allow the user to withdraw in the selected currency.
- After claiming a deposit bonus, users can forfeit the bonus amount by contacting support only before it has been wagered.
- Once the balance has been wagered in any amount, it is no longer forfeitable.
Fraud and Abuse Prevention
- Dejen may deny, withhold, or withdraw any user participation in this bonus if Dejen believes the user is abusing, misusing, or attempting to manipulate the bonus.
- Dejen reserves the right to monitor all user activity prior to withdrawing balance.If a user is found in violation of terms or exhibiting fraudulent, abusive, or unfair gaming practices, Dejen has the right to cancel any bonuses and winnings and has grounds for account termination.
- A person attempting to claim the bonus from multiple accounts or collude with other accounts is grounds for termination of all accounts.
- Bonus terms may be amended at any time.
